COVID FLOWERS

COVID FLOWERS
In March 2020, when everything shut down and we were stuck in isolation, I began an inadvertent series of flower drawings and watercolors to pass the time inside. Leah was bringing home fresh cut flowers and they were right in front of me so I decided to spend some time drawing them. I began in a giant blank book I’ve had kicking around for years, and eventually moved on to sheets of paper and, later, to my studio as the works great larger. Here’s a quick sample of what I came up with, in no particular order.
