Leah & Lee staged the musical+visual performance ‘contre-jour’ (against the light) in the church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul in Mechelen, Belgium, as part of Contour 2011, 5th Biennial of the Moving Image. The theme of the Biennial is Sound and Vision: Beyond Reason.  The duo entered into a dialogue with Brion Gysin & Ian Sommerville’s ‘Dream Machines’, which were on view in the church for the entire run of the Biennial.
