NOTES:
A sunburst Mustang almost identical to Lee's that Thurston apparently used for a while in 1988. He can be seen using it at a photograph from the Roxy in November 1988, and it's on display (with the other sunburst Mustang) in the "Put Blood in the Music" documentary. I suspect it may have been in GABDEG...
