  • In Sonic Life, Thurston says they played CBGB the night Jack Henry Abbott was convicted, which was January 21st. However, a piece found by Chris Hartstonge suggests that they actually played two dates on the 22nd and 23rd.

  • The only known performance of "The World Looks Red" and "Expressway" on this tour.
  • The "Secret Girl" piano tape was played after "Hey Joni" "Kissability" and "The World Looks Red".
  • "Kissability" is dedicated to Henry Rollins, as "You've Got Twistability".

  • This was the first of forty-eight dates supporting Neil Young & Crazy Horse on their Smell the Horse tour. They were still supporting Goo.
  • They opened with 7 minutes of chime tapes and guitar noise before Kim revealed that her amp blew up. "Tom Violence" was followed by another delay, with Thurston addressing the crowd for a bit.
