  • In Sonic Life, Thurston says they played CBGB the night Jack Henry Abbott was convicted, which was January 21st. However, a piece found by Chris Hartstonge (of the ineffable R.E.M. Timeline) suggests that they actually played two dates on the 22nd and 23rd.
  • Lee's quite detailed journal lists January 21st as CB Benefit with question marks, and nothing on the 22nd or 23rd.
