MBV and Slowdive are two of my favorite bands of all time, but I don't have the desire to go back to any of their stuff anymore. It doesn't hold my attention anymore for some reason... Loveless, Souvlaki, Isn't Anything, Pygmalion. All of those... I loved at one point. I got bored of them pretty fast.

what I've listened to today:

it will take me a while to get through their entire discography. So far I think I'm in the minority considering Dragnet and Slates as their best.. even after listening to hex enduction hour and nations saving grace etc.

never understood the hate for this album. it just kind of exist in some void and doesn't represent anything but good sonic songwriting.
