i have wild blackberries that grow all over my yard. They beautiful white flowers in spring then berries. The kids LOVE to go out and pick them and then eat them.

it does nothing to the baby, but please for me make sure that shit is clean out of your placenta before you birth....the Dept of children and families or whoever is up there will be harrasing you like your on crack. They test the placenta for drugs i would quit during the last month of your pregnancy.Been there done that ended up having to take random drug tests, going to AA and rehab meetings for 4 months after i had the baby. Ryans step mom worked in the lab where I had my son and she knew the person who tested the placenta it was saturated with THC. I had a Csection was very emotional and hormonal and they come in there and grill me like I had just murdered some one. I was so freaked out and they kept acting like they were going to take my baby. They sent cops to my house to find me but I was still in the hospital cause it was a c section. I was in rehab with a girl who had all of her kids taken away because of the same thing, but she was a second time offendor. I learnt my lesson baby #2 was smoke free and it was the longest nine months of my life! I am very proud of you I know how hard it is when you are young and its yr first. Huge change you seem to be doing beter than I did.

I am dead serious that is why i am telling you this. I really dont want anyone else to have to go through that bullshit. In Fl they are required by law to test EVERYONE. I was young and did not know it was that big of a deal. But after all that shit i do not trust them a bit. So many kids have been lost or abused after being taken from homes that were deemed "dangerous" by the state in Florida. All this while there are people who really are hurting kids and they do nothing.

upon further investigation neonatal drug testing apparently requires reasonable suspicion, my doctor has no idea i even smoke weed so i should be okay. i know it's not a standard procedure to drug test newborns, it's pretty expensive.

yeah look up yr rights and the laws to see whats up in NY. I am not sure how they do all that up there.
