i'm assuming the band used their standard "leaves" era tunings for their take on this nirvana classic. 

Thurston plays the bass part, Lee does the lead bits, and Kim does the glorious noise solo at the end.
Sometimes they even play the same parts at the same time!

KIM:

Kim plays the big noise solo at the end, possibly with her Dyna Soar slide pedal. I don't know her tuning but
DADGGB is the most likely.
