MAKING THE NATURE SCENE

aloha. like most of confusion, tuning is not of big importance
here. i believe lee plays in near standard, maybe even the EADECD
tuning he uses elsewhere, but mainly it doesn't matter. in fact,
on sets for recent tours, it just says "ANY". 

lee plays guitar, thurston plays bass, kim sings. you'll need
a drumstick, and that's about it.

begin by rubbing the drumstick up the fretboard w/out picking. 
everytime the bass riff ends, strike the open strings of
the guitar hard w/ the drumstick. continue this throughout the vocal
section.

there's a guitar 'solo' of sorts where lee just runs the drumstick
all over the neck/pick-ups, while strumming furiously.

bang open strings for post-solo vocal section. then go back
to rubbing the stick up the fretboard w/out picking, etc....
