Most of her part is running her hand up the neck w/ lots of distortion. The tuning helps create a really
nasty wave but it's not really worth tabbing - check out a video of the song (Dirty era, when she was
still playing bass) to get a feel for what she's doing.

Basically, when she's singing she's playing notes, but between the vocal parts it's all just beehiving.
