NOTES:

  • A supposedly exclusive live Sonic Youth track is included on a recently released compilation entitled "An Anthology of Noise and Electronic Music Vol. 1". Apparently it's audio footage of crowd noise recorded by turning the microphones in the direction of the audience, and then further manipulated in the studio in 2001 (some debate that the manipulation -- including pitch shifting -- was done on the fly before the audience).
