NOTES:

  • The "Scream Tape" is just that... a tape of screams. It was played thru an amplifier onstage during the outro of Early American, and then segued into Burning Spear. You can hear this on Sonic Death and Live in Venlo. The version released on the Tellus #1 compilation was recorded live in Rolle, Switzerland in June 1983. Or at least that's what the credits say -- I have to wonder, since Early American didn't start appearing in set lists until the fall 1983 European tour.
