NOTES:

  • "Killed & Kicked Off" was the gag name given to the Bob Bert version of Kill Yr Idols on the semi-official Walls Have Ears bootleg (the songs that appear twice are given an alternate name for one performance). This rendition is particularly energetic -- prior to the previous song, Brother James, Kim says "this is our last song", so it seems like they really had to rush to slip Kill Yr Idols in. "They're kickin' us off so we're gonna go" - Thurston.
