In Musician magazine, December '95, Lee mentions that he purchased an early '80s Fender Strat in Summer '95 (on the Lollapalooza tour). Unless he was referring to the Mini-Strat (used in '96 and possibly earlier), I haven't seen him use a Strat in this time period, or since.
