NOTES:
I'm pretty sure this is the same guitar, used by Lee on the Lollapalooza tour and later by Jim for the NYC Ghosts tour and thereafter. If it's not, well, oops. (CONFIRMATION 9/02 -- yup, when I looked at this thing up close it still had the "World Looks Red" tuning info on a piece of tape worn off on the underside)
Thurston apparently also used it on June 12th, 2001 at the Paradiso in Amsterdam, tuning unknown (possibly GDD# like Jim, since this was not an SYR4 set).
