  • The band (at this time consisting of Thurston, Kim, and Lee) were on a cluttered bill and only had time for a ten-minute song.
  • Thurston's comments from Confusion is Next:

    "I beat the shit out of this drum and played my guitar with a drumstick. And Kim was holding down this bass figure and Lee was going off on the drill, and I screamed out the lyrics and it came to this crashing finale."

    Thurston threw the mic stand into the audience afterwards.
