After the first encore, Lee and Jim brought Thurston back onstage on a stretcher, from which Thurston leapt w/ newfound energy to perform one more song (after which Jim swung the stretcher towards Thurston's head, which may or may not have been scripted -- certainly unscripted was the stretcher actually making contact with his head!).
