  • After "I Love Her All The Time", Thurston introduced "Green Light" but Lee's guitar broke while he was tuning and they had to cut "Green Light" "Brother James" and "Kill Yr Idols" from the set.
  • Though not present on the circulating tape (which ends abruptly following "The Burning Spear"), the band very likely played "Expressway" based on photographs at the above link.
