everyone having a great memorable day?

since there's no new post here...

..the gospel:

1). Fun house
2). The Stooges
3). Raw Power

this thread reminded me to go back and listen to the first and third records. The Stooges first album is just as primal as Fun House but not as tight.

Raw Power?!?!....they must have beeen on speed? it's good but meh. it's meh awesome ha.

oh, and i disagree about the Stooges being a punk band. these guys were sexual cosmonauts. the punks just took their sound and trashed and thrashed it up without any groove or feel.(see the Damned's cover of 1970).

oh well, The Stooges were much more minimalistic than the Ramones. so go figure.

Naughty Little Doggie is quite good (of course not like Lust For Life). I also liked American Caesar when it came, but I don´t have it anymore, so it´s hard to say does it still sounds good to me. I have never loved any Iggy´s solo as much as those three Stooges album. I also love Gimme Some Skin-compilation although the sound quality is in b-side quite poor.

Yeah, Funhouse is the most sexual record ever made.
