According to Chimera Music's facebook, there will be a special limited vinyl release next year.

Reissue of Thurston Moore & John Moloney's "Caught On Tape" LP is now available to order from Feeding Tube Records, in a limited edition of 1000 copies (though these won't come signed nor will they include a flyer):
