Wow! 80's Russian aerobic exercise lp, with inner sleeve dance steps. This must be funky! Damn right, tight cheesy 80's feel. A mellow sexy Russian aerobics instructor tells you what moves to make, and what tempo to behave in. I somewhat really like the slick arrangements, and I've really fallen in love with this lp, very infectious and hypnotic.
