I have some shit to sell.

LF records (arguably the best noise label in the UK) have put out a duo of mine with Daniel Alexander Hignell. It's cheap, and it's great.

I have a solo track on the here compilation through bangthebore which features me and pictures by SYG's own Nefeli. The other tracks are also entirely awesome.

And Here is a 6 CD compilation from Bangthebore featuring:

Disc 1 (total duration 01:19:06)

1. After the Rain – Distance 3 (2.53)
2. Ignacio Agrimbau – Anatomy of the Self II (9.13)
3. Andrew Clare – Special Relationship (16.47)
4. Dsic – Gentle People/Extrajudicial Execution (5.05)
5. Quamvis Sum Parva – Skinning Gongheads (recorded live in the Castle Vault, Southampton) (14.40)
6. Annie Lewandowski, William Ryan Fritch & Jennifer Wilsey Trio – Light to Thin Lids (6.00)
7. Hαkarl & Daniel Alexander Hignell – Some Members of Our Church Family (6.40)
8. After the Rain – The Walk (12.26)
9. Daniel Bennett – The Cherry Tree Carol (5.19)

Disc 2 (total duration 01:18:57)

1. Defibrillators – By Nature’s Hand, By Craft, By Art, What Once Was One Now Fly Apart (recorded live at the Hokaben Festival) (16.15) LISTEN HERE
2. Astral Social Club – Das Oort (15.53)
3. Deepkiss 720 – Recorded on Walkmans Reduced to Mp3 (11.07)

5. Deepkiss 720 – Still No Apologies for the Lack of Fidelity (11.11)
6. Deepkiss 720 – The Lost Metal (18.16)

Disc 3 (total duration 01:17:26)

1. Andy Jarvis – Shooting Lasers (4.40)
2. Spoils & Relics – Mainmark (7.47)
3. Ni Dieux Ni Maitre – Mountain State (9.46)

As I'm only buying music these days made by people I "know" or associates of people I know or "know", then consider at least one of these items BOUGHT (srsly).

OK who's next?

Interestingly, another person on this forum said the same thing recently. Attali was right.

But yeah, whether it's my music or someone else's, it's really important to support the bottom rung, and really important to not support the top rung (or something - there's a longer argument about that somewhere). Why aren't you on the bore, Herr Pookie?

Bang the bore - it has a forum. It's not like this one, in that it's not full of full-on wrong 'uns.

Wow. No, that's great. If only it was that easy with, y'know, people who I'd expect to do that sort of thing rather than people who, lovely though they are, only really know me as some words on a screen.

I've bought so many records over the years by people I know in bands and almost without exception they are records I would never listen to if I didn't know them.

I know or "know" more people now making music that I would actually listen to even if they weren't friends or people I know as just words on a screen, than I ever have.

I am veeeerrrry tired right now and I'm not entirely certain that that all makes 100% sense but you should at least get my meaning.

You get the love and respect of all concerned. And that's something money can't buy. I know, I've tried.

That's not entirely accurate. You can buy twenty minutes of Glice's love for fifteen quid and half a bottle of Thunderbird.

But I'm preaching to the converted, right? Right? RIGHT?

I think you could also do with re-wrapping the CDR you sold me at Supernormal with some nice Nefeli art. You know, to prove a point etc.

That CD's coming out soonish with some remixes and artwork by (funnily enough) the same person who did the artwork on the first Thought Forms album. BUT if I ever get around to I I'll probably coax Nefeli to do some art for the 36 hour thing, as she was there for more than anyone else.

In lieu of actually getting around to getting people to put stuff out, I've uploaded some recent live sets to soundcloud. Do a listen, yeah?

Also, buy some stuff from page 1, won't you?

Also, the first track is pretty indicative of what I'm going to be working on next year except it'll be more composed so you'd better bloody like it.
