yes a lot of their working titles are references to bands or songs that remind them of the embrionic song. "New White Kross," "DV2", "Proud Mary", "Baracuda" (Heart), "Eliminator [ZZ Top] [Dinosaur] Jr." , etc etc etc.

aww i'm glad someone does! i have to admit, the list is pretty much in chronological order thru daydream (i couldn't think of any earlier than that, though there's a few from early lyric sheets and stuff).
