Listened to it on my way home from class yesterday evening and the song fit the atmosphere perfectly: sun going down, slight chill in the air, not a lot of noise going on outside yet. Cool stuff. The Mudhoney cover is good, but it doesnt have the creepy atmosphere that SY's has.

I lent my housemate Bad Moon Rising, as it IS the blair with project soundtrack 15 years early. She thought it wasnt scary at all but you cant have everything.
Its probably the most "Halloween" album i own. That and "They were wrong so we drowned" by Liars.

i love the song halloween. probably my favorite sy song. the studio version is nothing compared to the version they did in '85 in slovenia. that version fucking kills me everytime.
