i know topics have been started inquiring about how to get tickets to these sonic youth/flaming lips shows to no avail, but it seems the situation is a little different for every venue. for example, i heard that some venues are actually state fairs and to get into the concert you just get into the fair with whatever tickets that requires. anyway, the point is that it's july 11 and i still have no idea how to get into this detroit show on august 4. i live in arkansas, and am willing to drive 14 hours or more so i can see these bands together before i move to california (which is before all the other sonic youth/flaming lips shows); thus it is extremely important that i figure out what's going on with this show very soon. i would be very grateful for any helpful information or suggestions.

UPDATE: Main floor general admission and mezzanine level reserved seating tickets appear to be sold out, but balcony G.A. tickets are still available:
