What do you look for in a review of an album or song? Does it need to be technical - describing or supposing what it is that the musician (or musicians) did to produce sounds? Do you only care about how the record made the critic feel? Or do you look for certain keywords (i.e. this group or soloist sounds like [your favorite band or soloist])?

Which is most important to you? Who are your favorite contemporary critics? What was the last review you read that inspired you to buy a record?
