Ugh, Carp doesn't sound nice. No offence but isn't Carp a bottom feeder and isn't it really bony? Won't it just be a bony fish that tastes of silt?

Veggie option. I very rarely eat roast dinner, because I'm not all that fond of it, but that does mean it's a nice change for Christmas.

A nice Argentine wine to accomoany, with Christmas pudding and clotted cream for dessert.
