vickyperkin has a couple of kiss-ass net friends
I just started building my own one.
So far it's very modest, just have a few modules. God, it chews up money fast.

I couldn't afford to go too deep, but I had a fascination with them for several years. I have a moog werkstatt which is cool bc it works stand alone too. I had a voltage controller and some moogerfoogers at one point. I still wouldn't mind having a make noize 0-coast.

Because I couldn't build the rig I wanted, I spent a lot of time with modular software and plug ins. Sonigen VST is pretty cool.
