Schizophrenic Room- If you take a dose of benadryl and drink a beer every night 2 hours before you go to sleep for 2 weeks, it will help out your sleep schedule. Unless you act differently to benadryl and alcohol (some people do).

if i have my headphones on i can only have it, for volume, at 18 or 24 (out of 25).

benadryl and me is not a good combo. it makes me hyper.
