yes this was a good doco with very well thought and balanced opinions on both sides, particulary the large carpet manufacturer that went from bad to good when the ceo had an epiphany that his kids and grand kids had to take care of things after him, which changed the structure and practices of thwe whole organisation

Very good and inspiring movie, though I dislike getting all worked up over a doc and then sort of forgetting about it a week later. I feel more informed and frustrated, but hate going around ranting about shit and not doing more to stop it.
