This economy is murder. As advertisers slash budgets, mainstream and indie publications alike are scrambling to work out ways to survive. The bad news is that the troubled climate has forced us to (yet again) delay the release date of our Bowie-inspired next issue. The good news is that we ARE going to release the issue in March. (Better late than never, that’s what we always say.) And to sweeten the news, Bowie himself has agreed to sign a handful of copies for use as prizes both in Lemon and on his own official site. In addition, Thurston Moore sent us his thoughts on the blue- and green-eyed one, which he presented in December at MoMA’s Bowie video retrospective. We can’t wait to share it all with you. In the meantime, here are the final cover designs to whet your appetite. (For more on the issue, read below…)
