Well the way things have been recently how can it not make sense?

The latest rumour is that the DUP want Farage in on the Brexit negotiators, as one of their conditions of coalition.

Doesn't make sense to me, given the DUP's supposed insistence on as soft a Brexit as possible.

how are you and would you be ok with this split? you still an "immigrant" or did you naturalize?

Hey! I'm good, thanks. I'm not going to apply for citizenship and it never crossed my mind. I'd happily go home, rather than staying in a country where I feel unwanted. This article explains the current situation in the UK better than I would. https://www.ft.com/content/e5890951-...2-13cf4dc8497a

The result's a disaster for me because I wanted a hard-brexit but I can't see why remainers or soft-brexiters aren't happy with it. Surely they're more likely to get their way now than would've been the case had the election not been called at all, or if the Tories had kept their majority.

Why do you want a hard brexit?

It's less about wanting a hard-Brexit than believing that the EU won't give us a soft-Brexit even if we try to negotiate one. It isn't in its interests to make any kind of transgression seem beneficial to the transgressor, for fear that others will follow. IMO, the EU can punish us less if we just walk away.

Thank God for that. Unless Johnny Marr replaces Morrissey with Nigel Farage. Nobody is going to tell the difference anyway.

I think the only reason to support hard brexit is in the hopes that it will show all the patriotic english idiots how much they have done to harm the future of the UK
