because i find it importand

been there myself
and it's not easy

took me years to get myself out of there
long years of self thinking
what was wrong with myself

in a negative way it is

on another level
it isn't because there is only the help that is available

not easy to accept when you 'really' need help

for normal help
people go to the doctor
the hospital

people need to first not be afraid
let it over to people who know these situations

slow helpers
people who slowly make you feel better
wich is the best

after that normal life continues
the fear of the unknown is over

not that voilence is seen as normal
as a learning of dealing with agression/stress

people can recycle agression stress
and after that normally there is no problem for the individual

sometimes people help themself or others with what they can
and that is difficult to see for outsiders
who have nothing to do with any of this

was making food yesterday
and almost forgot the fire was on

thought about old people who maybe have problems
can forgot that and their house might catch fire

and too much media
wich is difficult to understand

that is not healthy
would call it fear play

the situation is like this because of media and internet together

wich gives unbalance, fear and no trust
to me
as i speak for myself

so stay with people you trust or find good

i lived a very long time alone

have not kept contact with much other people
