I did read something about how he goes around America trying to get affordable healthcare etc. and can't, and then comes to the UK and gets treated straight away in a clean and well funded hospital. As Mrs Kraboppel would say, HA!

It's the way he portrays the NHS as some kind of utopia. I'm in favour of the NHS but, fucking hell, noone wants to spend a night at the casualty dep't in Newham General hospital. You'd be lucky to get out alive. After that bit I couldn't believe anything he said.
