When I saw them live and watching Thurston's hands it definitely seems that he's gone back to the CGDGBB (Malkmus-pavement tuning) same as had used on the psychic hearts lp

The C must be a dropped C when i tune up from E the shit breakes.

So CGD for the Baseline and for this High Notes i would Tune
the last 3 Strings Youst in B.

So CGDBBB

Does he use Normal Guitar Strings for the Higher ones ? I mean you could allso use G- Guitar strings so maybe with a Little thicker Strings vor the Sides tuned in B it sounds Little bit more massive. better .

But after all my guitar sounds pretty much like it should be .
