I picked this DVD up over Christmas and just got around to watching it. It was actually pretty damn good....I thought it might suck since Beefheart had nothing to do with it/didn't authorize it or whatever. The DVD is a nice chronological look at his music that is mainly narrated by interviews of musicians from his band(s). There aren't any really good Beefheart interviews, but all of the awesome live footage really made up for it.....lots of great stuff. It's definitely worth checking out for any Beefheart fan. I paid like 12 bucks for it online.
