I saw Phil and a female accomplice play in the basement of Second Layer Records sometime in 2008... it was fantastic.

I'm a big supporter of Phil Todd. He really is a lot better with the quality control than a lot of artists in the Noise and freak scenes, though that seems to hold true for a lot of said type bands from the UK.
