I briefly played the original rather violent RPG when I was younger.

In the UK, the name of the cartoon had to be changed to Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles to appease the censors.

English great Stephen Fry refers to them as the Pubescent Morphallactic Ninjitsu Chelonians.

we're talking about the original TMNT right? not this terrible new one the kids watch. April used to be a weird dressing 80s red head, not she looks like a whore. raphael used to be tough yet suprisingly sensitive, now he is just a loudmouthed asshole. leonardo used to be the fucking leader, now he is a pussy. donatello used to be smart yet ass kicking, sort of like Beast from x-men, but now he is just ass kicking. and michaelango, don't even get me started on how they fucked him up. they should have just brought back original re-runs instead of this slaughter.
