Shirley Collins—my heroine—and Folk Roots, New Routes—her special event!
Dear all:
This update is solely about my heroine Shirley Collins. As many of you know, I have loved Shirley's work for about 20 years, and I am so happy and excited that she is being honoured with FOLK ROOTS, NEW ROUTES, a special series of events, curated by her, at London's South Bank. A BBC Radio 4 programme on Tuesday 25 March at 11.30 starts the event. I really recommend this with all my heart, and hope to see many of you there.
A proper Current 93 update will be sent out just before we start our European shows. For those who are interested in attending our shows in Wrocław, Moscow, Berlin, Beurges, Tilburg and London, please visit our website at www.durtro.com.
Love to you all,
David Tibet+++

Rickie Lee Jones withdraws from playing European shows with Current 93
Dear all:
This is a very brief email update to say that, sadly, Rickie Lee Jones will no longer be playing the dates at Moscow, Berlin, Bourges/Le Printemps de Bourges and Tilburg/Roadburn with Current 93.
David and all of Current 93 and their friends are very sad indeed to announce this.
Another update will be sent out in the next 2 days with details of the replacement artist at these shows, as well as details of the 3 forthcoming CDs that will be released to tie in with the C93 shows.
This will be the LAST Current 93 tour in Europe for a very long time.
Thanks and love to you all,
David+++
