Rate The White Stripes Albums

I put on White Blood Cells for the first time in a while and have grown to like it even more.The white stripes have been kind of out of the limelight since the raconteurs started but are still a great band. I'm curious to see what everyone thinks is their best album.

I loved Elephant best, I feel like Jack's songwrting and guitar playing got no better than this.black math, hardest button to button, ball and biscuit,hypnotise and It's true that we love one another are all instant classics.Get Behind Me was sort of a dissapointment for me after that.

massive stripes fan here, wish Jack would quit this Racontuers nonsense and get back into red n' white where he belongs...

my favorite by far is De Stijl
followed by White Blood Cells
then... White Stripes
then Elephant
and Get Behind Me.

Man, I wish I could have seen them live!!! That would be out of this world. The best I got though was when Raconteurs opened for Bob Dylan at UMASS Amherst last fall. That was a great show. The Raconteurs sound so much better live than on cd. I almost cant listen to the regular album now. It just isnt the same.

i've never listened to De Stijl and it's been a very long time since i've heard White Blood Cells, so i won't rate those. but

3. Get Behind Me Satan (although "Blue Orchid" is fantastic)

i saw them live in the summer of '05 with Sleater-Kinney. they were awesome.

They did a cover of Beefheart's Ashtray Heart that sucked. That's all I know besides the songs I've heard here and there on the radio or TV.

And by my post, it seems like I'm a big fan, but really, I care for like, 5 songs. I only know all the albums because (I own De Stijl,) my friend was a big fan, and made me listen to the albums.
