Marital issues on SYG

This thread makes a horrible read, basically it's some bloke saying what he's been doing, and then yesturday, two years later, wifey posted this rather angry message about what happened in between.

Kim and Thurston make it all look so damn easy. It's almost worse than having Brady Bunch type parents to be a Sonic Youth fan, especially if your significant other plays beautiful noisy music to. You somehow think it will all work out like Thurston and Kim, but it really ain't that easy.

Throbbing Gristle fans are better off for realistic romantic role models.

That was quite a few years later, but yeah, that fits in the overall picture too, along with Cosey leaving Gen for Chris and all the other debauchery.
