I think the best way to do this is not through a poll, but simply to have each of us submit the three categories or awards that we want for ourselves. No competition. You might end up with dozens of "winners" in one category but who cares? You'll also end up with a lot of interesting one-winner idiosyncratic categories too.

That's a lot better idea. And I came up with it.
