A new photo book edited by Thurston is coming next year from Abrams NYC.
The photos are by Dave Markey’s and WGP co-editor Jordan Schwartz’s.
You can preview it here.

We Got Power Films: Sad to report this book is not going to be published after all, but a new project has risen from it's ashes, stay tuned

I was actually wondering if a all of the Ecstatic Peace Library titles are now DOA? Their website doesn't go anywhere beyond a index page now.

OOOfffff. A quick google search gave me this.
We are sorry to announce that "Party With Me Punker" A book of photos taken by Jordan Schwartz & Dave Markey during the We Got Power fanzine days (1981-83) will not be published as previously announced. Esctatic Peace Library is defunct as a company and is no longer in the publishing business. If you have pre-ordered this book you should have received notice that the book will no longer be available, if you have not, we apologize. We are very sorry for any inconvenience but wish to inform you that a new project consisting of the same content is in the works and we will keep you posted of further developments here. Meanwhile you can check out the preview in Vice Magazine.

So, what does this mean for "In A Silver Rain With A Paper Key", and that Pettibone one? Kaput, or transferred to another publisher? Vice? Does Kim know what goes on in Vice?

and why is someone selling a copy on amazon for $153, and I didn't get any message about my preorder?

hirsute_biped, i think the Raymond Pettibon book, "Front Row Center", is in the same situation as "Party With Me Punker". I received this e-mail from amazon:

If what hiland posted is the truth (i don't have any reason to doubt it), i guess we can also forget about "In Silver Rain With A Paper Key", although amazon hasn't cancelled my pre-order of this one as of yet.
