Early Primus are great. Like a funky Residents at times!

Some of the bass riffs are ridiculously awesome. Actually, just a great band, every musician is unique and talented. Some of their albums get annoying and are pretty boring to listen to from beginning to end, but I can't imagine anyone not appreciating something about them.

Really creative and good mainstream music, a rarity.

I really like Frizzle Fry, Sailing the Seas of Cheese, and Pork Soda. They kinda went stale after that, until they got to Anti-Pop, which was just garbage.

I'd say my favorite is Pork Soda. I love how wonderfully dirge-y and druggy it is.

Also, they boasted some really weird and dark production. I always liked that. Also one of the few bands that made decent music videos.

Not a band worth obsessiving over, but certainly having one or two albums by them is not going to be bad for anyone's mind.
