The Origin of the Built For Lovin' Titles...?

From what I can gather, Thurston's Built For Lovin' is primarily a compilation of rare previously released tracks (or at least that's the way it's been promoted). But other than 'Sex Addict' (which I've come across as 'Sex Addiction'--an mp3 with a slightly different, louder mix), I don't recall hearing any of these tracks before, and I can't place them. So can anyone tell me where these tracks originally hail from, including 'Sex Addict/Addiction'...?
