I heard this band called Dread Zeppelin, they were a reggae tribute to Led Zeppelin. It was the worst shit, they were the whitest sounding reggae band ever.

i'll take this chance to plug my own up-and-coming band, Girls Girls Girls, the all-girl tribute to motley crue. because of this i have been doing a bit of research on the cover band scene. other all-girl tribute bands include the iron maidens, ac/d-she, and my favorite, slaywhore.

i also learned that the tribute scene is pretty big in japan, and there is a Motto recruit, a mattari crue, a bon chovi, and judas briefs (which come with their own logo-ed underpants).(and i didn't make those band names up.)

and if you need a good laugh, here is a website of some 13-yr-old girls who also had the same idea as I did about the all-girl crue band. their grammar and spelling alone make the site worth checking out:

Hey Onani, I had friends way back when that had that Dread Zeppelin album and they unfortunately wouldn't give it a rest. I had to prostitute myself by listening to it to get smoked up a bunch of times. The same people liked that Deee-Lite shit.

great idea...the iron maidens recently came to mexico and tickets were priced as for a real band, just insane.
