3. Rainier Wolfcastle "McBain to base. I'm under attack by commie-nazis."

4. Homer "Kids, you tried your best and you failed miserably. The lesson here is, never try."

5. Skinner "That's two independent thought alarms in one day! Willie, the children are over-stimulated. Remove all the colored chalk from the classrooms."

I just think he's the funniest dude on the show. But he also loves his job! His relationships with Chalmers AND his mom are always hilarious (his mom is secretly one of the funniest people on the show). And his love/hate relationship with Bart is classic. Also is the best member of the Be-Sharps. Just rules rules rules.

Haha. I've noticed The Simpsons mentions Woody Allen on at least 40 episodes.

.........They also mention The Beatles on about 400 episodes.............. I always loved Lisa's dentist hallucination trip fantasy. "There goes Lisa in the sky." "No diamonds though."

The writers have once said that they could re-enact the whole of Citizen Kane and the Godfather using Simpsons clips considering how many times they've parodied them.

I love the episode where Bart and Lisa find an alternate ending to Casablanca and the Old Jewish Man tells them to bury it along with a reel that says, "It's a Wonderful Life (Killing Spree Ending)" on it.
