Halber Mensch all the way. That album was an absolute monument in a band creating their own supremely unique music and completely perfecting it. It's their Bad Moon Rising.

I've always meant to give this band a good listening to, but a lot of what I've heard has been less than what I've hoped for. I really like the track 'Kalte Sterne.' Do they have any other output that's similar?

i'd go for "Tabula Rasa", beside the Headcleaner it also have the Die Interimsliebenden!

again, go with the three strategies against archietecture compilations. its a great cross section of their work in different periods and the liner notes give a great insight into the music and the way it was played and recorded and to be honest i reckon that is esssential knowledge for someone only discovering this unique band of artists....
