Once I bought a cheap electric guitar for children, and I replaced the strings with 4 bass strings (the thinnest ones), found a weird tuning, and added distortion (the mics were so shitty that the sound was the noisiest I'd ever got before). Sometimes I added a piece of cardboard between the strings...

Keith Dobson of World Domination Enterprises played a pretty cheap-looking guitar, and on the pickups he inserted melted wax. Apparently it assistd in getting more fedback out of his axe.

a simple palm sander on the strings makes the best noize guitar bro eva. try it. make sure you use a dewalt loud to distort yr pickups.
