Tips on taking care of my pussy.... CAT

My beloved kittee cat, Chook got himself into a cat-fight just the other day and after missing for a couple of nights, he shows up yesterday all fucked up with a nasty abscess on his face.

So I took him to the vet to get him fixed up (and get his nuts chopped off - he ain't cut out to mix it with the psycho feral cats) and I'm picking him up today. Aside from the advice I will get from my Vet, I was wondering if you good people had any tips on how to take care of a sick pussy along the lines of:

Giving him his pills
Making him comfortable
Anything else I haven't thought of....

Yeah, thanks - all yr support has overwhelmed me....

Chook is now home and doing well except for this 'elizabethian' cone around his head which is pissing him off.

He's more cyborg than feline now. He will outlive all of us here and will eventually go on to become the top poster in a fan forum site based on the music of Coco Hayley Gordon Moore....

He wasn't wasted like that, but he's eating like he's got the munchies so I can only imagine the Vet gave him some 'medicinal herb'....
